Yes and in fact this is typically how we work. During the initial project introduction consultation we will discuss the various services and options for you to choose from. 

Every project is unique and the fees are based on a per project basis. Services are typically presented as a fixed cost per detailed scope or billed hourly with an estimated amount not to exceed. Work is often presented in phases and milestones. This allows you to clearly understand the  scope and cost of work to be provided. 

Yes, we provide project support and construction advise for all aspect of a construction project.

The Cost of construction varies with the unique aspects of a project. 

Owners can be unsure if their contractor is doing a good job or simply want to be reassured work is in compliance with project requirements.  We often visit construction sites to review work in progress and develop detailed reports.  

Our role is to participate in a collaborative process that emphasizes the importance of team work. We hold a high regard for the projects design intention and detailing. We work with Architects & Designers to ensure that their design intention is executed correctly and we help clarify construction detailing with Contractors onsite. 

Yes, we provide pre-construction services that can be tailored to meet your specific project desires. We provide a vast range of services for clients seeking feasibility studies, property conditions, land use restrictions and project development alternatives. 

We never recommended building without proper permits or approvals and recommend legalizing and correcting all illegal non conforming structures. We understand that it isn't uncommon to have a structure on your property that were constructed without proper permits or approval.  We help clients bring their property into compliance with local jurisdiction requirments.

Yes, we offer a range of budgeting & estimating services that can help clients understand the cost of construction and variables to consider. 

It is fairly common to realize the Contractor you've hired is a great builder but a poor problem solver or communicator. We can bridge the gap and assist with project coordination throughout  the process. In fact , some of the best builders lack project administration support. We offer services that assist with team coordination and process documentation requirements for project owners. 

Yes, if you have supporting documentation or can validate your position there is often a process for review. We offer in depth code analysis with project specific conditions that allow owners to support complex issues that may arise during construction. It is critical that the design and construction meets all applicable codes and requirements. It is common and understood that not all relevant code requirements are explicitly indicated on approved plans but should be in compliance when constructed. We strive to identify issues before they arise and will resolve and defend issues that are presented.
